Since joining FFSI we have established some excellent working relationships with like-minded forwarders from around the globe, who share our vision and commitment to expand our business portfolios by both air and sea. We have developed new trade-lanes in partnership with selected FFSI members and have many reciprocal arrangements that have benefited all parties. Our overseas network business has grown exponentially over the years and such is the importance that we place on the subsequent contribution to our revenue stream, we have created a new department that deals entirely with our partner enquiries.
So as well as just having the peace of mind of global coverage, which enhances our product offering to our customers, we have also developed proactive and long-lasting relationships which have positively impacted all parties.
